In 2004 I came back to the DRC after over 15 years of professional experience in diverse areas in countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium and South Africa.

I then went on to work at the I.O.M (International Organization for Migration) in Congo as an interim deputy head of mission which lead me to founding the Job Factory; recruitment, placement and training agency which I have been running for over 14 years.

From 2009-2015 I was President of the Professional Committee of Private Employment agencies.

In 2010, as a result of my involvement at FEC (Federation of Congolese Entreprises) I was appointed as a Board Member and since 2015 I’ve been appointed as President of the National Social Commission.

In 2014 I was nominated by the Head of State to the position of Board member of the national Institute of Professional Preparation (INPP) a state-owned institution.

Today, more than ever, a strong entrepreneurship spirit has set in the DRC where men and women understand they are valuable and needed. My goal is to make life easier for them every step of the way by making sure there are institutionalized services made for their unique benefit.

My heart has always been towards serving the people, training them, protecting and pushing them. I truly believe Congo needs all its working hands and particularly, the hands of its children.

Today, to achieve this enormous vision, I work in diverse sectors including HR, Training, Medical & Finance.
